An indiscreet driver was taken into police authority after he was recorded playing out an outright demonstration of creature mishandle.
In the video, taken from the auto following the brutal driver, a defenseless puppy can be seen fixing to the back of the vehicle as it drives along the hot street. Poor people creature is dragged through the street.
